The cost of flying in The Venus Project and covering their stay will also be around $1000. Our total cost for producing this event will be around $9500 The theater seats 913 people. In the event tickets where sold to full capacity, we wouldn't break even after Expenses ($10 x 913=$9130). We state this because we want to make sure no one assumes any of the actions of The Zeitgeist Movement are for profit. We are sorry to have to charge at all, but we need to have a way to differentiate between those who are very serious about attending ( and who might be coming from long distances ) and those who have a general interest, but might not show up. Thanks for your understanding. More info: The Annual Meeting day for the Zeitgeist Movement Worldwide is March 15th of each year. In 2008, we had over 1800 events in 70 countries. This year, we want to improve the impact of the message of The Zeitgeist Movement and also incorporate the vision of The Venus Project, to which we are in full support.
